Recent History.
It is some years since we tipped up at Blundell Park taking County supporters with us -2012-13 to be exact and we did rather well then early in the season when County came away 2-1 winners- managing to lose by the same score in the reverse fixture at Edgeley Park.
Our exit into the National League and then regional football meant that until Grimsby joined us at the end of last season it was August in this current season when we next met drawing 0-0 at Edgeley Park. County followed this with a 4-0 result against the Mariners in the FA Trophy
Despite this result County can expect a sterner test come 15 April, so get yourself down there!

This fine example of traditional football stadia can hold over 9000 spectators on match day in comfort as the stadium is all seater.
Away supporters are housed in the Osmond Stand which can accommodate almost 1900 spectators, the relatively low roof of which offers brilliant acoustics , so again….get yourself down there!

Rutland Arms is 0.5 of a mile away on Rutland Street ( DN31 3AF)…..
And you might usefully also consider the Punch Bowl which is 0.8 of a mile away on the North Promenade ( DN35 8SJ)……….
Keen eyed County fans will note that Blundell Park Hotel, as the name suggests, is closer than both the above, but last information was that no real ale was on sale there!
Enjoy !
