Away Ground Guide- Yeovil Town FC ( Saturday 10 August 2019)
Yeovil Town FC.,
Huish Park Stadium,
Lufton Way,
YEOVIL, Somerset,
BA22 8YF
It seems like only yesterday when we pitched up in the wind and rain at Huish Park to put our hospitable hosts out of the FA Cup.….it was a great day
Huish Park is a decent stadium, and with County fans split twixt the open terrace and the covered seats the large County following really enjoyed the experience.
County will be up for it again of course, but we can expect Town to be itching for redress- so another excellent encounter beckons!
The header pic shows the seated area available to County and here is a shot of the open terrace behind one goal....
The facilities are fine, the locals are friendly ,so we just need County to serve up a win, and jobs a good un!

Yeovil has two railway stations, Yeovil Pen Mill which links with trains from Bristol and Birmingham, and Yeovil Junction which has a regular service from London Waterloo and Exeter.
Both stations are about three miles from Huish Park and unless you love walking, a taxi to the ground would be advisable. Taxis are always available at both stations.
Food/Drink:
There are snack bars situated in the home and away terrace area and in both the Tamburino and Screwfix stands. Tasty pies, sweets and drinks are always available at these snack bars- and this is what old hedgie plumped for last season, and it proved worth a punt...
. There is a supporters marquee where supporters and families can obtain drinks and snacks but it should be noted that the facility is not always open to away supporters subject to police approval. There is a toilet facility in the marquee.
Real Ale Nearby:-
0.4ml away is The Arrow, on Abbey Manor Park, BA21 3TL
